HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS? TURN OFF YOUR WEB ACCELERATOR,
ENABLE POPUPS, ENABLE ALL COOKIES, AND ADD MATCHWISE AS A "SAFE
SITE" (this solves 90% of all technical difficulties)
Earthlink, PeoplePC, Juno, NetZero and some other web browsers
have "accelerators" that compress and cache files on your computer
(they do not increase the speed of downloading). However, some
secure files in MatchWise cannot be changed in size or adjusted
in any way without causing the system to cry foul. So, if you
are having difficulties making some parts of MatchWise work
(like registering, uploading photos, or emailing) your browser's
web accelerator (or popup blocker) may be the cause. Check with
the browser's documentation to turn off the accelerator or see

NOTICE: After making these fixes, be SURE to:
1) Log out of MatchWise, then 2) Delete your cache (local or
temporary Internet files) and 3) Delete all cookies, and 4)
Close your browser before attempting to log in again. If not,
