I am a 59 yr old white female. That sounds more like a prison description than an introduction but it's a start. My friends describe me as friendly and with a great sense of humor. I am a committed Christian (member of a Baptist church) and would like to share my life with a man I can respect and who lives a God-centered life. I have a wonderful relationship with my son, his wife, and my eight-yr-old grandson. I am even on friendly terms with my ex-husband and his wife. However, now that my son is grown with a family of his own, I find myself longing for that special "couple" relationship that I never shared with my former husband--we acted more like siblings than husband and wife. I am an affectionate, loving person who likes the simple things from watching movies to road trips to enjoy the changing Seasons. I am not into sports or politics. I still work full-time as a secretary, a job I have held for 29 years. I am looking forward to retiring in 4 years. I lost both my parents at young ages, 49 & 57, and even at this age I want to think that God has a special person out there somewhere for me.
